Course Description

We've spent over $25,000 working with the top real estate attorneys in New Jersey to craft investor-friendly documents that provide legal language that protects you as the investor - from our wholesaling contracts to assignment agreements, and even lease agreements, every document has been carefully crafted to protect your business so you have legal outs built into the agreement.  We have also developed rehab estimator spreadsheets, rental property calculators so you can quickly make decisions on whether or not to move forward with a rental investment, a sample private placement memorandum (which alone costs $15,000) so you can raise capital in a fund, and so much more.   NOTE:  These documents MUST be reviewed by your real estate attorney to make sure they conform to the laws of your state.   Smart real estate investors require contract and agreements that will not only bulletproof their business, but give them the means and conviction to move forward with deals quickly and present themselves as true professionals.

Shomail, along with his brother, Farhan have completed over 700 Real Estate transactions, from wholesaling deals to fix-and-flip rehabs and purchasing residential and commercial Real Estate as buy-and-holds. They have also raised north of $75M in private equity as direct investments and as funds for various Real Estate projects. They co-founded the NJ Real Estate Alliance which has 1700 members and are both sought-after speakers in the NJ Real Estate community as well as national Real Estate seminars and conferences. They have taught over 1000 students their principles of creative Real Estate investing through educational workshops and events with their company, TheREIBros. Both Shomail and Farhan live with their respective wives, three children each, in the Princeton, NJ area.
