Course Description

Marketing is the very oxygen of the real estate investing business.  Through it, all other monetization possibilities come to life.  Without it, your business is Dead on Arrival.  To become an effective and extremely profitable real estate investing company, you must learn the meat-and-potatoes of how to find distressed properties and motivated sellers, how to speak with them either through text, cold call, print, or online marketing with the correct messaging, how to negotiate with them to come to a killer price where you can make a profit and the seller can be relieved of a stressful real estate problem, and how to take that deal to the closing table.  And then learn how to repeat this process over and over and make Wholesaling Real Estate the foundation for revenues that will ultimately feed other arms of your real estate empire.
